Job Description

Unity Schools Partnership is seeking a Welfare, Safeguarding and Attendance Lead for Heartsease Primary Academy. You will put student welfare at the heart of all we do, lead safeguarding and attendance strategies, and build strong relationships with families from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will have experience leading safeguarding and attendance, enjoy engaging with children, and be able to run whole-school assemblies. Closing date: 08 October 2026.
