Welfare Officer - Flexible, Learner-Focused Support

Westminster City Council is seeking a Welfare Officer to support adult learners, helping them overcome barriers and access welfare and bursary services. You will work with the Learner Development team to provide guidance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for learners.

The role requires strong administration, confidential records management, and clear communication with learners, colleagues and external partners.
