Welding Operator - Steel Fabrication, Flexible Shifts

Balfour Beatty plc in Hereford is seeking a Welding Operative to join our steel fabrication team. You will work in the Welding and Fabrication area, performing welding duties and supporting safe, efficient production.

Shifts are 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 with enhanced pay during prime hours; shifts alternate weekly. You will read drawings, use hand tools and grinders, and contribute to a clean, safe environment while supporting continuous improvement.
