A well established and growing engineering business is seeking an experienced Fabricator/MIG Welder to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment where quality, safety and teamwork are at the heart of operations.

Your new role

As a Fabricator/MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality components in line with customer specifications and engineering drawings. Your duties will include:

• Fabricating components from drawings and written instructions
• MIG welding using mild steel, Hardox and other metals
• Producing bespoke and small batch production work
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure all specifications are met
• Loading and offloading deliveries and despatches
  Operating gantries and forklifts (if authorised and qualified).
• Working cooperatively with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
