Welder / Fabricator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator on behalf of a well-established company based near Tetbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid welding and fabrication experience, particularly with a MIG welding bias, looking for a long-term role within a supportive and
skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and general fabrication of metal components
• Working from technical drawings and job specifications
• Using a range of tools and workshop machinery
• Ensuring quality and accuracy in all work
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication (MIG essential)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
• Own transport due to rural location (not accessible by public transport)

• Up to £15.50 per hour depending on experience
• Permanent position after a successful probation period

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• 1+ years experience of welding
• A good work ethic and good attention to detail
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
