Welcome Team Manager: Lead Café, Reception & Retail

Freedom Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Welcome Team Manager to lead Reception, Café and Retail operations across our centres. You will manage a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure profitability targets are met.

The role covers customer service, hospitality, and commercial responsibilities with 37 hours per week on a rota basis, offering opportunities for progression and a supportive work environment.
