Welcome & Visitor Experience Lead

National Trust is seeking a Welcome Manager (Band 2) at Wicken Fen, Ely. You will lead the Welcome and Service team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences and contribute to income goals through membership recruitment and fundraising.

The role is 30 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota. You will work closely with the retail team in the Visitor Centre and act as duty manager when required.
