Ninja Warrior Southampton is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our busy venue. This part-time, weekend-based role involves leading shifts, delivering top-tier customer service and supporting every aspect of the venue's operations.

You'll motivate staff, maintain health and safety standards, and contribute to a fun, safe experience for guests. Training through the BGL Academy and clear progression opportunities are offered.
