Delightful and welcoming family based in Hampstead are seeking a highly trained, energetic, and outdoors loving live in or live out weekend Nanny to care for three delightful boys, aged 8 and lively twin 4 year olds, who are bursting with curiosity, imagination, and boundless energy.

Responsibilities

The eldest attends prep boarding school, so your main focus will be on the twins during term time, with all three boys at home for school holidays. This is a sole charge role that would suit a confident, experienced Nanny who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being part of a family's daily adventures. Typical duties include all nursery duties, preparing healthy meals, school and nursery runs, planning and supervising engaging, age appropriate activities, encouraging independence, and instilling strong values, kindness, and curiosity. You will also support the family schedule with occasional errands during school hours, proxy parenting and occasional evening babysitting. Working Saturdays and Sundays from 8 or 9 am - 7 pm. A German speaker would be a bonus. Norland trained or equivalent childcare qualification is required. Flexibility is essential during school holidays as hours may fluctuate; full time hours may be required. The Nanny must be happy to travel for 4 weeks per year. A cleaner is also employed.

Qualifications

5+ years private household experience. Minimum of 3 years private household experience for UK roles; 5 years for overseas roles. Norland trained or equivalent childcare qualification is required. German speaker is a bonus.

Benefits & Accommodation

Accommodation: own private double bedroom and en suite bathroom. A driver is essential and a car will be provided on duty. Cleaner also employed. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, typically between £18 per hour (£57,454 gross per annum) and £65,523 gross per annum, with a range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
