Weekend Kitchen Lead & L2 Commis Chef - Menu & Stock

Oi Dumplings Ltd in Marsden is seeking a Level 2 Commis Chef / Kitchen Lead for Café Ơi. The role offers 25-30 hours per week, mainly weekends, with extra hours available. You will assist with menu planning, costing, stock management, data logging and lunch and evening service.

Duties include ensuring shift documentation is completed, ordering and sourcing ingredients, and communicating well to support a small team. Hospitality experience is desirable.
