Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key hands on role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This position ensures the delivery of a high quality, efficient, and responsive housekeeping service across the College. The department operates seven days a week, year round, providing essential services to both the College community and its external commitments.

• Supervise and support a designated housekeeping team to ensure high quality service delivery in line with set schedules and procedures.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with meetings, staff inductions, and return to work interviews.
• Provide one to one training and conduct monthly cleaning audits.
• Give feedback to staff.
• Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
• Assist with events, lettings, and internal moves.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Resolve staff issues.
• Log maintenance requests.
• Track jobs scheduled for completion during school holidays.

This is an all year position working 16 hours over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
