We are currently looking to add additional high-calibre Pro Audio Sales Consultants to join our Retail Team in Guildford. Candidates need to be fully focused on delivering pre and post-sale advice to our in-store customers. We are looking for someone who understands our customers and can help them find the perfect solution to their needs. You must possess excellent product and brand knowledge of Hi-Tech products and will need a desire to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-sale advice to in-store customers
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right Hi-Tech/Pro Audio solutions
• Explain differences between brands and provide independent advice relevant to customer requirements
• Demonstrate products effectively and identify features and benefits relevant to the customer
• Stay calm and respond to challenges in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Outstanding knowledge of the brands and equipment within the Hi-tech/Pro Audio department
• Ability to explain brand differences and provide independent, customer-focused advice
• Ability to demonstrate products to a high standard and identify relevant features and benefits
• Excellent communication skills and a personable, outgoing nature
• Previous experience in retail sales or similar environments preferred
• Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Job Details

• Contract Type: Part Time
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Saturday, 10.45am - 5pm Sunday
• Salary: £12.60 per hour
• Job Location: Andertons Store, Guildford
