Weekend Chef de Partie - Masterclasses & Growth Path

Harri is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a weekend-only role in Crewe. This position covers Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00-15:00, totaling 15 hours per week. You will deliver exceptional culinary production while maintaining high standards and controlling costs.

With at least two years in a similar operation and qualifications such as C&G 1/2 or NVQ, you'll lead a small kitchen team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu planning and improvements.
