Weekend Brain Injury Support Worker: Empower Independence

Brook Street Social Care is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for a male adult living in Keynsham, Bristol.

This role focuses on brain injury recovery, promoting independence, wellbeing and community involvement through home and community visits, appointments, hobbies, and practical and emotional support. Hours are weekends 9:00-5:00 with potential for additional evening shifts as the support package develops.
