Job Description

We're working with a fast-growing international business that blends events, media, and technology to connect industries and drive innovation. With operations across Europe, the Americas and beyond, they're expanding their digital marketing function - and creating this brand-new Website Specialist role to own and evolve their web presence.


The Website Specialist will lead the strategy and day-to-day management of multiple websites, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised to attract traffic, engage visitors, and convert effectively. If you're a hands-on CMS pro with an eye for UX and a passion for performance, this is your chance to make a real impact.


The Website Specialist will:

  • Own and update web content using WordPress across event and corporate sites
  • Drive UX and CRO improvements to maximise conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, brief and implement web enhancements
  • Monitor and improve site structure, SEO and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with new plugins, tools and web trends to keep sites ahead of the curve


You Will Need:

  • 3+ years' experience managing websites in a B2B environment
  • Proven WordPress CMS expertise and content design experience
  • Familiarity with on-page/technical SEO and CRO principles
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to brief developers/designers and manage web-related projects
