eCommerce Marketing Manager, Leeds (4 days per week) - £40k - £45k
Morson Edge have partnered with a leading client to recruit an experienced and driven individual to own and lead the performance of our clients rapidly growing online channel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and customer growth while delivering on budgeted targets. You'll be hands-on, using data insights to optimise the user experience, enhance digital marketing campaigns, and improve overall site performance. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Ownership: Set and deliver budgeted volume, revenue, and profit targets for the online channel.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Website Management: Constantly improve and optimise the website, focusing on user experience, product listings, traffic generation, and overall brand presentation.

Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, driving engagement, and conversions through data-driven insights.

Team Leadership: Directly manage and support the team, providing hands-on guidance and leadership.

Analytics & Reporting: Regularly review key metrics to assess performance and optimise campaigns. Report findings and provide actionable insights.

Customer Retention: Develop and implement innovative strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Stock Management: Oversee stock systems to ensure efficient operation.
About You:

eCommerce Expertise: Proven experience in driving online sales and managing digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, content).

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and campaign performance reporting.

Creative Copywriting: Ability to write engaging product listings and promotional content.
