Weather Seal Production Operator - Shifts, KPI Focused

Quanex is seeking an operator to manufacture weather seals on-site at our Newton Aycliffe facility. Shifts run 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am, with duties including raw material replacement, quality checks and adherence to KPI targets.

The role emphasizes safe working practices and accurate handover documentation to the next operator. We require prior manufacturing exposure, plus Lean methods knowledge and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
