Job Description
Job Summary

Merrill Wealth Management, a division of Bank of America, is seeking a Client Service Support professional to provide client service assistance to multiple Financial Advisors. The role focuses on client advocacy, operational excellence, and the delivery of comprehensive banking solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service by educating clients on the bank's full range of services and banking offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and Financial Advisor requests.
  • Assist in maintaining practices that align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect client interests, and manage risk.
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting integration of banking into day to day client practices.
  • Support day to day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, while leading with a client first mindset.
Required Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results.
  • Client centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holding or pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and/or Series66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Experience working with clients, swiftly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented, demonstrates commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Schedule & Location

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours per week: 37.5Location: 3121 N. ILLINOIS ST, IL 9121 (Workplace excellence policy may require onsite presence).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set.Discretionary incentive program: eligible for an annual discretionary award based on performance.Benefits: Industry leading benefits eligible, including paid time off and additional resources.
