Wealth M&A Director - Growth, Deals & Integration

Quilter plc in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced M&A Director to lead acquisition and investment activity across the wealth management market, identifying opportunities that accelerate growth and create long-term value for Quilter, shareholders and partners.

You will build and maintain a high quality pipeline, lead transactions from origination to completion, including valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiations, and oversee post acquisition integration with governance oversight.
