Type of Position: Wealth Financial Administrator - London
Pay: £30k - £32k

We are working with a reputable SJP firm in London looking to take on a Financial Administrator. This is an entry level role ideally suited to a graduate that would like to build a career in the Financial Planning industry with the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a first-class experience to existing clients that are mix of city professionals and entrepreneurs

Deliver workflow proactively to maximise the team's output and results

Proactively drive the team forward by promoting efficient collaborative working

Assist the team day to day in a structured way of working and make use of technology to enhance productivity

Work to engage and develop strong relationships with existing clients and target audience

Report regularly to colleagues on the team's overall engagement

Contribute to team strategy and promote a fun working environment

Ensure tone, personality, and messaging is consistent and within guidelines while being respectful and fun

Personal Qualities:

You are a driven and ambitious individual who's looking to build their career at a high-performing private client company

A resourceful person with excellent attention to detail

You are a curious, proactive and collaborative person who has a willingness to start conversations, get stuck in and thrive in a continuous improvement culture

Experience & Skills:

Experience in financial services desired, but not necessary

Excellent numeracy and literacy, with an understanding of social media

Ability to understand data and make use of it effectively

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter

Confident communicator, independent thinker with a passion for collaboration the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
