About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Personal Assistant to support Mirela Sula, CEO of Global Woman Club, in managing her dynamic and fast-paced professional life. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an influential leader, supporting her across business, events, media, and personal organisation. The role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment. You will play a key role in ensuring Mirela's schedule runs smoothly, her commitments are well-coordinated, and she is fully prepared for every meeting, event, and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: Executive & Personal Support
  • Manage Mirela's diary, scheduling meetings, calls, and commitments
  • Coordinate appointments with clients, partners, and collaborators
  • Act as the main point of contact for those wishing to connect with Mirela
  • Organise travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, logistics)
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with personal errands and day-to-day support when needed
Meeting & Client Coordination
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and the Global Woman community
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, ensuring Mirela is fully briefed
  • Follow up on key conversations and opportunities
Events & Speaking Engagements
  • Coordinate Mirela's speaking engagements and appearances
  • Support preparation for events she is hosting or attending
  • Assist during live events when required, ensuring smooth delivery
  • Manage communication with event organisers and attendees
Podcast & Media Management
  • Organise podcast recordings, including guest outreach and scheduling
  • Manage relationships with podcast guests and collaborators
  • Coordinate media opportunities, interviews, and appearances
Content & Presentation Preparation
  • Support preparation for presentations, public speaking, and workshops
  • Assist with slides, materials, banners, and printed assetsEnsure everything is prepared in advance to a high standard
Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify and coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
  • Support brand opportunities including media, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and strategic partners
Organisation & Planning
  • Ensure Mirela is always prepared and on schedule
  • Provide reminders and daily structure to optimise productivity
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Location & Availability:

  • Flexible and available to travel with Mirela across the UK and internationally when required

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Travel with Mirela to Global Woman Club events across the UK (and occasionally internationally), providing hands on support before, during, and after each event
  • Assist with event preparation, including coordinating guest lists, materials, and logistics in advance
  • Support venue setup, ensuring branding, materials, and guest areas are prepared to a high standard
Guest Experience & Front of House
  • Manage registrations and guest check ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
  • Greet attendees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of the brand
  • Act as a key point of contact throughout the event, answering questions and guiding guests as needed
  • Ensure every attendee feels comfortable, supported, and fully engaged throughout the experience
Event Flow & Operations
  • Work closely with Mirela and the team to ensure the event runs smoothly and on schedule
  • Coordinate with speakers, partners, and team members during the event
  • Proactively handle any last minute changes or challenges with confidence and professionalism
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build genuine connections with attendees, members, and guests
  • Identify potential members, collaborators, and business opportunities during events
  • Support conversations around Global Woman Club membership, events, and offers in a natural and engaging way
  • Help nurture relationships by noting key contacts and ensuring appropriate follow up
Sales Awareness & Brand Representation
  • Confidently represent the Global Woman brand and its values at all times
  • Support membership growth by engaging with interested attendees and answering questions about the community
  • Spot opportunities to introduce guests to programs, events, and collaborations
Post Event Support
  • Assist with follow ups after events, including connecting with attendees, sharing information, and maintaining relationships
  • Provide feedback and insights from events to help improve future experiences
