We are looking for a technical manager

Well established in the Geneva market for 66 years, we are a family-owned Geneva property management company that manages, on behalf of various institutional and private owners, both free market and subsidized buildings. We offer an interesting, varied, and dynamic position as a technical manager. Your role will consist of managing a portfolio of buildings in partnership. Your missions would be as follows:- Management, processing, and technical follow-up of a portfolio of mixed buildings (subsidized, free, etc.).- Management of works: planning and control.- Control of invoices and quotes.- Conducting owner meetings.- Liaison with our clients, owners, and/or their representatives, authorities.- Management of concierges, controlling the execution of the entire specifications.- Contact with service providers and companies.- Establishing property handover documents as well as entry and exit condition reports.- Submitting building permit applications (APA), in partnership.What we expect from you:- You are able to work quickly and independently.- Specialized training in the real estate field is a plus (Immotechnology, Immobase, and Immoenergy).- Successful experience of at least 5 years in a property management company is essential.- French: perfect command of both spoken and written language; English is a plus.- Professional qualities: ease of communication, reliability, rigor, and a team spirit.- Personal qualities: dynamic, motivated, versatile, and possessing excellent teamwork skills.- Good knowledge of the Quorum software and office tools.What we offer:- An interesting job and a diverse clientele.- Freedom and initiative.- Opportunities for continuous development. jid654f649aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
