Overview 
Our client is a highly respected and successful name within the Water Treatment industry. They hold a nationwide presence and have prestigious client contracts, spanning across commercial, industrial and manufacturing premises. You will be conducting the testing and analysis of process water systems (including: steam boilers, closed systems and cooling towers). - Proven track record working as a Water Treatment Service Chemist
- Ideally hold training / qualifications, including: Cooling Tower Chemistry, City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing and / or Advanced Water Treatment Chemistry
- Fully conversant in ACOP L8, HSG 274 and HTM 0301 guidelines
- Comfortable providing bespoke technical advice to clients
- Good literacy and numeracy skill level
- Comfortable using IT software
- Using a test kit on site to conduct testing and analysis on steam boilers, cooling towers and closed systems
- Performing chemical dosing on systems
- Cleanings and chlorinations on cooling towers
- Servicing of CLO2 units, reverse osmosis units and water softeners
- Producing detailed technical service reports
- Meeting with clients to provide advice on findings and recommendations
- Adhering to personal targets and project deadlines
- Fostering strong relationships with clients
- Travelling in line with client requirements
