Water Treatment Pre-commissioning Engineer - Reading

We are a client based water treatment company looking for an experienced, competent, and committed Water Treatment Pre Commissioning Engineer based in and around the Reading area. The ideal candidate has experience carrying out pre commissioning cleaning duties in accordance with BSRIA standards and routine flushing of systems. Applications from Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury, Slough and surrounding areas will be considered. Candidates should be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications & Experience- Experience in Pre Commissioning
- Strong chemical and water treatment background
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working within the water treatment industry
- Supervision provided to those not having full experience range
- Carry out pre commissioning cleaning on systems per BSRIA standards
- Ensure flow rates and complete flushing works
- Dosing of CHW and LTHW systems and washing systems
- Chemical and tank cleans
- Carry out chlorination and disinfection works in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines
- Collate and produce accurate reports and schematic drawings
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with ACOP (8) guidelines
