Position Overview

We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician to perform water mitigation services, ensure quality work on job sites, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands on role requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responding to service calls for water damage restoration
  • Performing water extraction, demolition, and drying processes
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
  • Documenting jobs with photos, moisture readings, and notes
  • Following SERVPRO production guidelines and safety standards
  • Communicating clearly with customers and office staff
  • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and vehicle
  • Perform production processes as directed
  • Inventory and load/unload job site equipment
  • Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the job
  • Perform end of day/end of job cleanup and breakdown
  • Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
Job Requirements
  • Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, heights, and various environments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work overtime and participate in on call rotation

Work Hours and Travel

This is a full time position working 7:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with additional hours required based on business needs. On call rotation required. Travel is primarily local.

Pay Rate

$18 - $23/hour based on experience, with overtime and bonus potential.
