HomeServe are recruiting for directly employed Water Supply Pipe Engineers to join our team.

Location: Bristol

Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work)

Salary: £29,200 plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair work of water supply systems and drainage systems in customers' homes.
• Provide industry-leading service to enhance customer experience and support customer growth.
• Assist engineers in related tasks with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.

About You / Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with repairs related to laying and identifying leaks on water mains and drainage services; reinstatement of excavations with different surface types (desirable).
• Aware of safe digging practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service as this is a customer-facing role.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit as this is a manual, all-weather role.
• Adaptable team working; may not be with the same team member daily.

Training & Support

Training and induction include a two-week program with hands-on onboarding, safety training, and tools provision. Where geographically appropriate, accommodation and meal allowance for induction may be paid.
