Water Site Operative: Training, Travel & 10-Hour Days

Stonbury Limited in Cromer seeks Site Operatives for our New Starter Academy. You'll receive tailored, hands-on training and work across clean and wastewater sites on Water Utility contracts, reporting to the Site Supervisor.

Daily duties include site preparation, materials handling, timber shuttering, drainage, and operating heavy plant with CPCS-style guidance. A driving licence is required, and the role carries a 10-hour day at £144.38, plus benefits such as leave, pension and healthcare.
