Water OCC Lead: 24/7 Incident & Network Control

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Water OCC Lead to join the Network Control leadership team. You'll provide a world-class 24/7 incident and event management service, focusing on alarm management across the water network, boosters, reservoirs and treatment works.

You'll lead a team of technicians and managers, drive improvements in service capability, and ensure robust readiness plans, proactive network health, and reliable customer supply across sub-service areas.
