Job Title: Water Hygiene Administrator
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary / Benefits: £19k - £24k +Training +Benefits
Our client is a leading name within the Water hygiene industry, providing a full range of water hygiene and legionella services across a mixed range of sites. We are looking for a hard working Water Hygiene Administrator based in and around the Glasgow area. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, scheduling works for engineers, providing support to managers, and undertaking general administrative roles.
Applications will be considered from Edinburgh, Livingstone, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, East Kilbride, Paisley, Clydebank, Sterling, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Lanark.
Experience & Qualifications- Extensive experience working within the Water hygiene industry.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites.
- Providing support to managers with day to day planning.
- Scheduling works for engineers.
- Providing clients with quotes for works pending execution.
- Overseeing and helping a small team.
- Liaising and dealing with clients and customers appropriately.
