Job Title: Water / HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: Croydon, South East

Salary / Benefits: £30k - £45k + Training + Benefits

Level of Experience: Trainee Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Commissioning Engineer

Profile

Our client is a well established water treatment consultancy that provides a wide range of Air, Water and commissioning services to a mixed portfolio of clients across the UK. They are now looking for a motivated and competent Water / HVAC Commissioning Engineer based in and around the Croydon area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in validating and balancing air and water systems and will ideally come from a water treatment, chemical, technical and maintenance background.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience within the water treatment / commissioning industry.
  • Background in water treatment, chemical, technical and maintenance.
  • Previous experience working on ventilation systems.
  • Well versed in relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
The Role
  • Undertake commissioning duties on air and water systems, including balancing, inspections and validations.
  • Calibrate equipment to accurately balance water systems.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
  • Carry out service work in line with client specifications.
  • Assist with staff training when required.
  • Use site information to provide clients with detailed reports and quotations for further works.
  • Carry out water treatment duties in line with company needs.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
