Job Description
For one of our clients active in high watchmaking, we are looking for a: Watchmaker Manager M/F/X experienced, passionate, and possessing excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for the quality, precision, and dynamics of your team. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of watchmakers in a spirit of excellence. Ensure the impeccable quality of the watches, from assembly to final inspection. Organize, plan, and optimize production flows to ensure performance and precision. Convey your technical know-how and attention to detail. Collaborate closely with development and logistics departments. Be the guarantor of teamwork spirit and watchmaking culture within a recognized watchmaking company (CFC or equivalent). Experience in high watchmaking. Perfect mastery of traditional and modern watchmaking techniques. Leadership with a sense of sharing and a strong inclination for precision, rigor, and quality.
