Watchmaking Operator T2

For one of our clients based in the high mountains of Neuchâtel, we are looking for temporary long-term positions in watchmaking T2. You will be involved in a crucial stage of watchmaking: assembly. With your meticulousness and expertise, you will assemble components to bring the timepieces to life. Your main responsibilities:- Fit the movement into the case while preparing the placement of dials, crowns, stems, case backs, seals, and other casing elements.- Perform functional checks during assembly.- Ensure rigorous self-inspection of your production.- Work while strictly adhering to procedures, quality criteria, and specifications.Profile:You ideally hold an AFP in watchmaking or have completed a recognized T2 module. You have a first experience in the field of assembly or in a similar environment. You are proficient with watchmaking tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, presses, magnifying glasses, etc.). You are recognized for your dexterity, rigor, and attention to detail.
