Wastewater Operations Team Leader - Process Optimisation

Syntech Recruitment Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and manage a team of Operators, carry out JPAs and PDRs, organise shift rotation and ensure adequate cover. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager and Process Engineers on process changes, ensure plant safety, maintain records, and perform risk assessments and SOPs.

A proven track record in wastewater treatment and team leadership is required. Permanent, full time position with a competitive €50,000-€55,000 salary.
