Waste Operative

We're looking for those who share that same passion to make great tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate to come and join our warehousing and manufacturing teams in Methwold, Norfolk.

Working as part of a close knit team, your role will be to operate in moving, sorting waste materials from the factory to their appropriate storage location. You will maintain excellent GMP standards in the yard area, working with equipment such as compactors, balers and pallet containers whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.

This is a days based role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

• Background within a production/warehouse environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred
• Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices
• Hold a counter balance forklift truck licence
• Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships
• Positive, can do attitude with willingness to work in fast paced environment
• A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
• A self starter committed to further self development

• A starting salary of £27,319.50 per annum
