Waste & Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

Panda is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support national customers with service enquiries, bookings, new orders and supplier coordination. The role emphasises accuracy, organisation and strong communication across shared mailboxes, CRM systems and portals.

You'll manage inquiries, log and resolve issues, de-escalate complaints and ensure a smooth customer journey while supporting the wider team with related admin tasks in a fast-paced waste management environment.
