Wash Operator

OA are looking for a Wash Operator in Welwyn Garden City.

Location and Hours

Location: Welwyn Garden City.

Hours: Monday to Friday rotational shift 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm. Early finish on Fridays (39 hours paid).

Salary

£13.24 per hour.

Duties of a Wash Operator

• Operate a wash and mini wash machine to quality standard and cycle times.
• Complete routine maintenance and regular cleaning.
• Quality check products that have been through the wash machine.
• Maintain stock accuracy including stock takes.
• Manual lifting up to 25 kg.

Qualifications

• Good timekeeping.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of reading and writing in English.
• Good attention to detail.
• Previous quality checking / stock checking experience.
• Experience working in a factory/machine environment.
