CJD Equipment is seeking a Warranty Co-ordinator to join their Guildford WA, Head Office.

CJD Equipment represents world-class brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Kenworth, DAF, Isuzu, and Fuso, and operates an expansive branch network with over 20 branches across Australia.

This exciting role reports to the Uptime Support Manager, and your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and submit warranty claims from a motivated service team located in branches across Australia.

About You:

• You may have extensive experience in warranty processing, or you could be an emerging Service Administrator or Coordinator seeking the next step in your career.
• Understand the importance of excellent customer service skills.
• Passionate and engaging with a professional approach.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Strong process and procedural skills supported by an outstanding eye for detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high achievement levels.
• Strong ability to collaborate successfully with stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
