Hours- Monday - Friday - 8.00am- 5.30pm
Job PurposeThe role of the Warranty Administrator is to:
- Ensure accurate invoicing and submissions of warranty/goodwill claims daily and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports.
- Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the business, manufacturer and customer.
- To keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
- Ensure that all frontline staff complete records correctly when warranty is diagnosed on a vehicle.
- Inform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure.
- Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation. Support other staff members on warranty related matters.
- Maintain relationships with specialist repairers and manufacturer representatives.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT.
