Job Description

Join LSH Auto as a Warranty Administrator and play a vital role in managing and processing vehicle warranty claims. Located in Stockport, this position offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary. You will ensure that all warranty claims are handled efficiently, liaising with manufacturers, service teams, and customers to maintain excellent service standards.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £30,666

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process and validate warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external manufacturers
  • Monitor warranty claim statuses and follow up as necessary to expedite resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in warranty administration, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency with warranty management software and standard office tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
