Your Role: The Engine Room of Efficiency and Satisfaction

As our Warranty Administrator, you'll be the vital link, ensuring seamless operations and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction. This busy and pivotal role involves significant liaison with both our dealerships and manufacturers.

Your key objectives will include:
  • Applying manufacturers' warranty and goodwill policies and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis

  • Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports to maintain oversight and control

  • Contributing to achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control within the Retailer

  • Ensuring full compliance with all company policies and relevant industry guidelines

  • Essential Motor Industry Experience: You must have experience working within a similar role in the motor industry

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy is paramount for processing and recording all accounts and administrative matters
  • Strong IT Proficiency: You'll be computer literate with very competent skills in applications like Excel and Word.
  • Excellent Communication: Your strong communication skills will be key for effective liaison with dealerships and manufacturers.
