Position

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, supporting, and motivating a team
• Managing goods in and goods out with high accuracy
• Arranging direct to site deliveries using in house vehicles and drivers
• Reviewing and improving the new Quality Control function with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager
• Maintaining strong stock accuracy and reporting through Inflow WMS
• Driving continuous improvement and organisation within the stores area
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and high housekeeping standards
• Coaching and developing staff to raise performance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience supervising in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of stock control and goods in/out processes
• Confident using digital systems (Inflow WMS experience is a bonus)
• A hands on leader with strong communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and improvement driven
• Able to operate effectively in a fast paced manufacturing setting

Other information

Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (overtime available, including occasional weekends)

Salary - £29,000 per annum
