Warehouse Supervisor

Our client based in Dublin 24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in a regulated distribution environment.

This hands on role is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations while ensuring compliance requirements and company quality procedures.

Remuneration & Location

• Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 depending on experience
• Location: Dublin 24

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience
• Previous supervisory experience desirable
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries advantageous
• ERP/WMS experience preferred (SAP Business One desirable)
• Valid manual handling and MHE certifications
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch activities
• Support day to day warehouse operations as required
• Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability and stock control including batch/serial management
• Ensure compliance with GDP, QMS, health & safety and regulatory requirements
• Lead, train and support warehouse operatives
• Support audits, stock takes, CAPA activities and continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
