Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £28000 to £30000 PA (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Please note that due to the location of the company, the candidate will need to possess a full UK driving licence with their own car

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse supervisor to support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, this role will help coordinate day-to day activities across goods receiving, dispatch, and stock control while ensuring operational efficiency and high safety standards.

• Support the coordination of daily warehouse activities including inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and inventory control.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that increase productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse machinery while ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
• Work with internal teams to improve supply chain coordination and address operational challenges.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept organised, safe, and compliant with workplace standards.

• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment, with familiarity in goods in/out procedures.
• Experience supervising staff or leading small teams would be beneficial.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and basic financial awareness relating to operational performance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency.
• Forklift operation experience is advantageous; training and certification can be provided if required.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
