We're looking for an organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's friendly team in Ticehurst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a small team and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Allocating duties and ensuring high-quality production.
- Planning and prioritising workloads to meet despatch deadlines.
- Overseeing general packing processes and ensuring all related documentation is completed accurately.
- Overseeing stock levels and coordinating replenishment as required.
- Supervising collections and despatch to ensure timely delivery.
You'll bring experience from a supervisory or warehouse role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
