Warehouse Supervisor

Your Role:

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the engine behind smooth daily operations in our warehouse. You'll coordinate teams, manage systems, solve problems quickly, and keep everything running efficiently-with direct contact with both suppliers and customers.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate directly with suppliers and customers
• Work with our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and picking robot-understand how they work, solve issues, and improve performance
• Lead and support your team of Team Leaders and Warehouse Assistants
• Handle day-to-day operations and solve issues as they come up
• Promote safety and quality standards
• Train and coach your team to grow and perform better
• Report clearly and on time to your manager
• Forecast and plan staffing needs based on sales turnover
• Take on extra tasks when needed with a positive attitude

Who We Are Looking For:

A hands-on, practical leader with solid warehouse and system experience-someone who communicates well, solves problems fast, and enjoys coaching a team.

Ideal Candidates:

• Live nearby and be able to commute every day comfortably;
• Feels confident contacting suppliers and customers directly when needed;
• Flexible with early and late shifts, and open to taking on ad-hoc responsibilities;
• Has minimum 5 year experience in warehouse operations and team leadership;
• Have deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and open to learning about automation and robotics;
• Proficient with Excel and other ICT tools;
• Communicates clearly and professionally in English;
• Takes initiative and solves problems independently and quickly;
• Has a hands-on, can-do mentality-leads by example on the work floor;
• Coaches and motivates team members to grow and perform at their best;
• Understands the importance of safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations;
• Brings team spirit, energy, and a structured approach to every shift.
