Location: Ballygawley

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 14:00 (early finish)
• Overtime available (paid at time and a half)

Job Overview

MPA Recruitment, on behalf of a leading manufacturing client, is seeking full-time Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production line in Ballygawley. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a successful production team, with potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate effectively on a production line within a manufacturing environment
• Pack products accurately and efficiently
• Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and health & safety guidelines
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

Essential Criteria

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of meeting targets

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience working on a packing line
