Warehouse Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Production Operative to join a well-established pet food production company based in the Old Leake area of Boston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work within a growing production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a pet food production line
• Packing and palletising finished products
• Operating basic production machinery (full training provided)
• Quality checking products to ensure company standards are met
• General warehouse duties including keeping the work area clean and organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Hourly Rate: Starting wage £13.60 p/h; weekly pay; 28 days annual leave pro rata.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 start time, 8 hour shifts with 30 min breaks.

Closing Date: 2026-03-06

Experience & Qualifications

• Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Previous production or warehouse experience desirable but not essential
