Warehouse Operative/ Assemblers urgently required to work for a very busy and specialist manufacturing business near Farnborough. We are looking for experienced Warehouse operatives and assemblers with experience of being hands on, labouring, warehouse type work.

CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A VALID COUNTERBALANCE OR REACH TRUCK LICENCE.

Key to this role is a positive attitude and want to work! This is an established business who have an excellent reputation due to their focus on quality of manufacturing.

Main Purpose of the Position

• To assemble products using the components, tooling and documentation provided
• To perform the warehouse pick, pack and despatch operation
• Be fully familiar with the assembly operations required to build the different types of products
• Completing the assembly build sheet to record product compliance
• Ensure the work area is always left clean, tidy and ready for production

Skills and Experience

• Be fully familiar with the warehouse pick, pack and despatch operation
• Organised and Logical with a good attention to detail
• Good time management
• IT would be advantageous to have :
• Previous mechanical or engineering experience
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Previous reach truck or Counterbalance licence and experience
