Warehouse Operative

Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading hardware provider who are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team due to business growth.

Due to the location, there are no public transport provisions, so having your own transport will be required

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working alongside the rest of the warehouse team to ensure the swift picking & packing of customer orders.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 18:00.

Salary: £12.71 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing orders to ensure safe delivery
• Labelling items clearly and correctly
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For in a Warehouse Operative:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Counterbalance FLT Licence is an advantage but not essential
• Previous warehouse experience
