As a Warehouse Operative, you will support warehouse and ecommerce activities across Warner Bros. Tours & Retail. You will help ensure stock is handled accurately, orders are prepared to a high standard, and customers receive a dependable service.

- Receive, check, and accept deliveries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock is correctly stored and replenished, including use of machinery where required.
- Pick and pack orders for stores and ecommerce customers, ensuring accuracy, correct product selection, and high presentation standards including personalisation where needed.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock control, minimising loss through careful handling and housekeeping.
- Monitor and report stock issues, order discrepancies, as well as equipment or vehicle defects to support service quality and operational efficiency.
- Support distribution by preparing and delivering stock to retail outlets, including London locations where required.
- Follow Health & Safety policies, participate in daily briefings, and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate warehouse administration, support stock counts, and complete tasks requested by the Warehouse Management Team.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, ecommerce, or transferable environment, e.g. retail or logistics.
- Comfortable working at height; full training and equipment will be provided.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and flexibility, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Experience with warehouse systems or machinery is beneficial; full training is provided.
- 40-hour working week, in a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with varying start and finish times between 7am and 8pm. This also includes working Bank Holidays.
- You will be required to work 1 in every 3 weekends, however this is subject to change during peak times i.e. every other weekend.
- No night work required, but evening work will be required.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
